Teranet Insighters 2020Teranet is committed to continuously improving the customer experience when interacting with our products and solutions, which is why we launched the Teranet Insighters community. Through the first year of this community, we were able to connect with our members on a regular basis and gain the insights we need as we make important decisions about the future of our products and services. Let’s take a look back at all that the Teranet Insighters accomplished together in 2020!

In early 2020, we introduced the Teranet Insighters online customer insight community to our valued customers, and invited them to become members. From March to December 2020, 890 industry experts joined the community and connected with us regularly on topics relevant to their business needs. Our members include land professionals, legal professionals, employees of lenders and banks, mortgage brokers, employees of government and utilities, as well as real estate sales professionals.

Thanks to the commitment and engagement of our members, we were able to send 19 activities throughout 2020. Here are a few highlights from the activities our members participated in this year:

  • Real Estate Professionals gave feedback that helped us shape and launch two brand new market insight reports in the GeoWarehouse e-Store
  • Members shared what topics they wanted to see discussed in our virtual Market Insight Forums
  • Mortgage Brokers told us about what features they want to see in future PurView for Mortgage Broker packages and what additional reports they would want available on a potential e-Store
  • Members gave feedback about the Member Hub content
