As part of Teranet’s commitment to being the leader in authoritative property data, we are excited to announce that we have expanded PurView data coverage in the province of Manitoba. As part of this expansion, property data and AVM values, previously only available in Winnipeg and Brandon, can now be accessed for properties across the province.
This additional data allows PurView users to easily access land title data and examine the specifics and history of properties outside of Manitoba’s two largest cities, enabling efficient deal processing and more confident lending decisions.
