“I’ve been the owner and Principal Broker of Approved Financial Services for over 8 years after a lengthy period with a major bank. I am also a past president of the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association and name to the Global 100 Mortgage Professional in 2023, the Canadian Mortgage Professionals Hot List in 2021. Realizing that the options for helping clients were becoming increasingly less with the bank due to changes in regulations as well as in bank policy, I decided to make to switch to being a broker.
