As a PurView user, you have access to a variety of property data that can help you make impactful decisions in your business. For a small fee of $3.00 plus applicable taxes, PurView users have the ability to pull a document image of the registered mortgage on title for an Ontario property.
An Instrument Image is a digital or scanned copy of a document that has been registered in Ontario’s Land Registration System and contains data from the province’s official land registration database, POLARIS (the Province of Ontario Land Registration Information System).
An instrument, such as a charge, can be helpful, as it will allow you to view critical mortgage information that you can leverage when conducting your business with your clients.

To purchase an Instrument Image, you will need the Instrument’s Registration Number which can be accessed on the Parcel Register.
