Exciting news! The PurView eStore has officially launched!
As part of our commitment to taking PurView to the next level, Teranet’s PurView eStore has been designed to enable mortgage brokers to easily supplement their deal due diligence practices by purchasing additional reports and documents.
As of September 24, mortgage brokers are able to order Parcel Registers for Ontario properties through the eStore using a credit card. Upon ordering, the Parcel Register will be available for download in your browser and will also be delivered to you via email, so you can continue working on your deal or with your customers while it is generated and know exactly when it is ready to be viewed or downloaded. We’ve created this training video to walk our PurView for Mortgage Broker customers through their first Parcel Register purchase to make the process as simple as possible for you!
If you’re not familiar with Parcel Registers, a Parcel Register provides the history of the property’s title, including ownership, transfers and encumbrances. It is also the official government record for a property found in Ontario’s Land Registry System. We will be expanding the inventory of reports available in our eStore very shortly, with the launch of British Columbia and Alberta title searches in the store this fall. The ability to top up your volume of PurView reports will also be available later this year.
