This new data includes structural and assessment data, the ability to pull a title search and incorporate that title search data into the PurView for Lenders report.
Our connections with data partners allow for the aggregation of accurate data from various sources and has enabled PurView for Lenders to now offer a more comprehensive property data set, including enhanced data from Canada’s second largest real estate market.
In addition to expanded property details from BC Assessment and the BC Property Registry (LTSA), PurView for Lenders now offers enhanced AVM results and neighbourhood analytics. PurView for Lenders users also now have the ability to purchase title reports for British Columbia and Ontario properties directly within the platform.
