As part of our ongoing commitment to offering tools that help mortgage brokers optimize their business, we’re pleased to announce we’ve made enhancements to the PurView for Mortgage Brokers report. The next level report is now available to all PurView subscribers as a free upgrade to their current subscriptions.
The new report features an improved AVM and refreshed look that enables users to access authoritative data and garner key insights quickly and easily. Additionally, there are a variety of new data points available on the Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba reports to provide more insight for properties in four of Canada’s most active real estate markets. This new data includes:
Ontario Report:
- Title Check: Allows you to quickly check for activity on title, such as active mortgages, liens and power of sale.
- Fraud Check: A quick check for suspicious or fraudulent activity, which could indicate a potential need for further due diligence on a property.
- Improved comparable properties: In addition to geographic proximity, structural similarities and AVM are now factored into the properties selected.
British Columbia Report:
- Structural and Assessment Data: Structural information about a property ie. Number of bathrooms, garage, parking space, pool, etc.
- Comparable properties: View a list of comparable properties that is compiled based on structural similarities, AVM and geographic proximity.
Alberta Report:
- Structural and Assessment Data for Calgary and Edmonton: Structural information about a property ie. Number of bathrooms, garage, parking space, pool, etc.
- Improved comparable properties: In addition to geographic proximity, structural similarities and AVM are now factored into the properties selected.
Manitoba Report:
- Improved Coverage: Property data and AVM values, previously only available in Winnipeg and Brandon, can now be accessed for properties across the province.
