What is included in the Annual PurView subscription?
The annual PurView subscription offers users a report with a real time estimate of the value of a subject property at a user specified date. In addition, the Report includes the property address, legal description, ownership and mortgage information, neighbourhood statistics and comparable sales – all enhanced with street view and aerial imagery. Effective Fall 2021, the PurView report will feature ownership structure data and the Standard subscription will allow users to purchase Parcel Registers/Title Searches with a credit card through the eStore.
Are there any report limits?
The annual PurView subscription includes 50 reports per year. Based on our research and usage data we know that the average PurView for mortgage broker user uses approximately 50 reports per year. Additionally, we are contractually obligated to uphold certain privacy and security policies and requirements, and as such, need to implement parameters that eliminate account sharing and improve security for the data and our valued customers using the platform.
However, we acknowledge that from time to time, you may require additional reports beyond what is included in your package to manage your business. You can purchase additional report packages by adding them to your cart in the PurView eStore and checkout easily with a secure credit card payment.
Does PurView have national coverage?
Our services are available across Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia (Greater Halifax).
