In 2023, we were proud to launch the New Agent Priority Package in partnership with Mortgage Professionals Canada. This program has benefited mortgage agents new to the industry for the past 2 years; by offering them critical property data they need to thoroughly conduct their business, all at a discounted rate.
As we continue to evolve our offerings to mortgage agents, we have implemented a new structure to this program to better serve new agents entering the industry.
In an effort to continue to support these new agents, we will be making a change to New Agent Priority Package program.
Currently, the New Agent Priority Package program offers:
- Year 1 in the program: Access to 15 PurView Property Reports free
- Year 2 in the program: A 40% discount off the 50 report subscription fee.
On July 31st , we’ve introduced our updated second year offering to better serve new agents in their business. Instead of a 40% discount, eligible agents will now receive 10 free property reports in their second year. This change ensures continued access to the critical data new agents need while establishing their business and building a client base.

If you’re a mortgage agent who has been licensed for less than 2 years, and a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, you are qualified to enter the New Agent Priority Package program. Once you submit your application, Teranet and MPC will work together to validate each user and applicants will be notified if they qualify for the program within 7-10 business days.
