We recently spoke to Dave to learn more about his business and how he uses PurView.

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself, your role and how long you’ve worked in the industry?
A: I am a mortgage broker and have been working in the mortgage industry for more than 12 years.
Q: Why did you choose to become a mortgage broker?
A: I became a mortgage broker because I love working with numbers and helping people achieve their dreams.
Q: Why do you PurView?
A: I find PurView to be one of the tools I use most. Many clients have multiple properties and I always pull a PurView on all properties. I would be lost without it. PurView provides me with all the details on the client’s property.
Q: How does PurView give you a critical edge over the competition?
A: PurView reports have the sales history and estimated market value which provides the necessary tools to complete an application.
