In their “Customers 2020: A Progress Report”, Walker Info reported that there has been a 95% increase in the demand for customer intelligence in 2020 as “well-informed customers will want to do business with companies that know them and their business intimately, have a clear understanding of where it’s headed and can design an experience that meets their needs.”
Teranet is committed to continuously improving the experience our customers have with our products and solutions. That’s why earlier this year we launched Teranet Insighters, our insight community. This online platform allows members to provide regular feedback on their experience with Teranet products and solutions, as well as general market needs and trends. Instead of assuming what’s important to our customers and what improvements they want to see, we thought we’d ask, after all our customers are the industry experts with the insight we need!
Members of the Teranet Insighters community are invited to participate in regular surveys and online activities, but what are the other benefits of joining?
- Provide feedback that will help us improve our offering to you
Through regular participation in online activities, such as short surveys and open forums, we can bring the opinions of our customers to the forefront of our decision-making and keep them in mind whenever we make changes to our products and services. This year, feedback from the Teranet Insighters community helped us bring two new reports to the market that are now available in the GeoWarehouse e-Store. Our mortgage broker member group participated in activities that have helped us determine which enhancements we are going to make to PurView for Mortgage Brokers in 2021.
- Help us create content that’s relevant to you
Our social media accounts, Market Insight Reports, blogs and newsletters are created with you in mind. Through participation in Teranet Insighters, we’ll get a better understanding of what’s most important to you and will be able to tailor future content to these topics. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our Teranet Insighters members told us that they want more up-to-date information about monthly mortgage registrations. With this feedback in mind, we worked to develop and deliver the Monthly Market Insight Reports throughout 2020.
- Engage with your peers
The community not only allows members to regularly communicate with us, but also with other members. Our online platform conveniently allows you to comment on content and review what your peers think about industry topics in addition to Teranet’s products and solutions. In 2021, we plan to invite members to participate in open forums that will connect them to other industry experts.
